General Application

For all applications, except overseas students, please complete a general Tabor Adelaide Application form, as follows:

  1. Access the Tabor Adelaide Application form via the link below.
  2. Print out and fill in the Application form.
  3. Obtain 2 passport-sized photos of yourself.
  4. Write a 250-word statement outlining your spiritual background, significant life experiences, and reason for applying at Tabor Adelaide.
  5. If you are applying for Performing Arts, please write a 500-word statement, outlining the above but also making reference to any performing arts experience and/or vision that you may have for a future in performing arts.
  6. Post your completed form, photos and statement to the address on the back of the form (shown also below).
